Designed for compression of air and nitrogen in air separating units for various liquid gases production.
The compressors 6VM16-150/200 and 6GM16-150/200 make up units for liquid oxygen production of capacity 2300kg/h as well as units for liquid and gaseous nitrogen and argon production.
The compressor 6GM16-145/200M is designed for hydrogen (nitrogen) compression at plants of aerospace industry.
The company manufactures air separating units on the basis of compressors 4VM10-55/71, 4GM10-55/71 and 4GM2.5-30/9S for production of liquid oxygen (of capacity 300kg/h ), argon (of capacity 40 kg/h ) and other gases.

The compressors are designed for compression or transportation of air or inert gases insoluble in water as well as aggressive gases not producing corroding effect on the compressor flowing part materials. The compressors can be used for transportation of dust-laden gases with content of solid particles of no more than 0.1mm size and little water content for food, chemical, metallurgical and other branches of industry.
The compressors can be equipped with any electric motor of power and rotational speed corresponding to documentation requirements.

Design features:

Rotary, horizontal, liquid-packed ring, single-stage, with axial suction and discharge.
They are of a simple design. The rubbing parts in the working space are not available. The antifriction bearings serve as supports. The shaft sealing is soft gland packing.
The flowing part for compressors VK-50M1, VK-100/1.0 and VK-150/1.2 is made of cast iron and carbon steels, for compressors VK-50N and VK-150/1.2N - of corrosion-proof steels, for VK-50T - of titanium alloy.

Vertical high-speed centrifuges with a tubular bowl of OTR-102K-01 and RTR-102K-01 type are specimens of a wide variety of centrifuges, manufactured by the company.
OTR-102K-01 type centrifuge with a clarifying bowl is designed for fine clarifying of suspensions with a fine dispersion solid phase, the content of which does not exceed 2% and solid and liquid phases ratio not less than 1,1.
These centrifuges are batch. As the sediment accumulates on bowl walls, the centrifuge is shut down and the bowl is subjected to cleaning.
RTR-102K-01 type centrifuge is a machine with a separating bowl and designed for continuous (if no solid phase) separation of emulsions with density ratio of heavy and light phases in the range of 1.06 ... 1.20.
In case of separation of emulsions, containing solid particles, the centrifuge RTR-102K-01 is required to be periodically shut down for bowl cleaning.

2BJ37 Filtering settling centrifuges with sediment knife discharge

FGN type automatic filtering centrifuges are horizontal batch sediment knife-discharge machines, designed for separation of suspensions with a medium and fine grained (particles size more than 30΅m) soluble solid phase at its volume concentration more than 10%.
This type centrifuges provide high quality of a solid phase washing. Due to this fact they are widely used, when producing sodium sulphate, anthracene, iron and nickel vitriol, boric acid, soda, sodium chloride, starch and in other production processes of the chemical industry and contiguous to its branches.
OGN type automatic settling centrifuges are batch horizontal sediment knife-discharge machines, primarily designed for separation of hardly filtering suspensions with an unsoluble solid phase (particles size more than 5΅m). Sediment washing is not specified in these centrifuges.
